It is available via Origin or Steam and Epic.
The servers are On Line for 128 players for PC and New Consoles. There will be 64 player games for older consoles. There will be some cross platform play available. No word yet on Community servers or variations. There will be no single player with this game. They plan on using AI players to get the numbers up for the 128 player servers and you can by your self or with friends start a server with AI players for practice.

It is more than likely the Box is of little or no use to us. Not many folks using TS either, might be time for Discord.

I doubt I will get it unless they can convince me it is more than a run and gun with different maps, weapons and scenery.

If it is dedicated box and everyone expects to put it on our box, then donations had better pick up drastically. I say this because I know many did not want to contribute because we were not offering anything they played. I strongly feel that this, IF the game supports dedicated servers, will be "Premium" and we would have to pay extra per slot as in the past.
I have been strongly mulling over the thought of getting rid of the box. I appreciate Benjie and Scorpio for helping support the cost every single month, but it should NOT be left to only three of us to keep our word on supporting the cost of keeping Geezer Gaming alive!
