Windows 10 and Nvidia issues....

So here is my issue I am having currently since installing Windows 10.
Every time I try and play BF4 I can pass the loading screen and into the server and about 10 secs later my game will lock up and monitor powers down and only way I can get back into Windows is by doing a hard reset.
I have tried the latest drivers and the drivers prior and both seem to do the same thing. I haven't been able to test other games yet to see if they will lock up since I only have Battlefield installed right now but I have tried movies and didn't have any issue with them.
PC Specs:
i5 2500k
ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 mobo
16GB Corsair ram
Nvidia 680GTX
Bunch of HDDs

Ok just ran it for more than 10 mins,no issues at all. Being curious I checked my BF4 64bit.exe to see what compatibility mode it was running on and its on win7.
Since I only did and upgrade and not a clean install of win10,thats what i had it set for in win8.1.
Other than that I have done nothing else.
Specs
i5-2500
8gb Corsair ram
ASUS P8 Z68-C/Gen3
EVGA 680GTX SSC Driver version 353.62
and also a whole bunch of HD's.

Just tried throwing it in Win 7 mode and same thing. It literally stops at the same time all the time.

strange.
Is it just updated or did you do a clean install.
I have seen some forums talking about a clean install and those seem to be the most issues posted,or just coincidence where I was looking at.
I'll look around at some files and settings on my PC to see if anything stands out.
Curious,do you install Origin and BF on C: drive or another drive. I install Origin on C but I tell it in settings to install games on another drive.I know in the past Origin is a bit of a bitch about doing things differently than the default when it comes to installing.

Another question,Im sure you have but did you do a clean install of the drivers?
Also on another game forum I hang out at there was an issue with that game and win10,something to do with directX and C+ or whatever its called. They fixed it by re-installing DirectX and that C+.Most just used the redistribute folder from GTA5 to do that.Any new game should be fine to use the same folder for.
Anyways in this other game(Star Citizen) they were having almost the exact same problem. They would load up and after a few seconds it would crash in about the same spot every time.
Anyways I'll look at my system and if I think of anything else I'll post back.

Something I just remembered.
When I updated to windows 10 by default it enabled Windows Defender even though I already had Panda AntiVirus.I have mine disabled now.
Also I looked at my Origin exe and I have that set to run as admin, dont know if it matters or why I had it that way but it is.

I did have a DirectX error once when I was able to see the crash by doing the Alt Ctrl Del method but all other times I had to do a reset so I never saw the error pop up. I have BF4 on my C drive as I copied the folder over to another drive before I formatted so I didn't have to download 50gb. lol
I did a upgrade from Windows 7 but it was a clean windows 7 with updates then I upgraded to Windows 10.

Hey Clumpy, found this on BF4 forums that address similar issues and may be updated later with other experiences (with fixes, hopefully)
http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/fo ... 206597078/You should be able to find what caused the crashes through Event Viewer
The evening after install I had issues with my internet connection dropping and I discovered that a power setting was set to disconnect the internet connection after the time period I had set for my monitors (must have been a default set up for Win 10 for some reason). I disabled it and have had no connection problems since.
