Microsoft C++ Redistribute is the program I couldnt remember. All games just about install this.
Then you need current DIrectX.
As for:
"The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found"
That is a driver issue.nvlddmkm is a driver file.
You need to do a correct uninstall of your current driver as directions on Nvidias website.
Disable your anti-virus and Windows Defender just in case. Then reinstall.
Now if you are using Win10 Home version then Windows will auto download and install the drivers for you.But there could be an issue were you dont want to install that driver and want another version or whatever. If that is the case then you need this:

This might be useful for windows 10 Home users. I have not tried it but it for Nvidia users that have driver issues.
I'm going to try it since I do not like installing Nvidia drivers on release day,I like to wait a week or 2,anyone remember the driver that was melting GPU's a few years back...well thats why I wait now.

NVM,that tool was mostly useless.
But it is used to block troubled drivers for auto install

I would still reinstall DirectX and Microsoft C++ Redistribute after the driver issue.
I have had your exact same error in the past on other versions of windows.
Sorry I forgot completely about event viewer, been sick this week with stomach virus....NO FUN AT ALL.
