Sad to report that two longtime Geezers, Benjie and Stingray, have both passed on recently.

I posted in FB last night after receiving the email from Benjie's son. Was going to post here this morning but you beat me to it.

I did not know about Stingray. Both are very sad news.

Really sorry to hear this bad news. I talked to Benjie several times. A nice person. Stingray, I remember from days gone by. This has started me thinking of days of true dedicated servers. Pfunk, rodgerdodger, and many others.

Good hearing from you, Stevie! I picked up the PGA Tour game on sale on Steam - it uses the same engine as that Golf Club game we played awhile, but seems to have worked out some of the weird kinks on the chipping.

so sad to hear this.. i too had a close call back in april.. had another heart attack and two stents later.. been working ever since 2 weeks afterwards and then caught the covid.. out another two weeks. but still kicking.. play some cod some on battle.net.. im still around but just not as active in the community as i once was... i too play the golf on steam but just not often.. ive gotten the new battlefield and cod and both games are broken as of this post.. its a shame they cant put out a game anymore that actually works when they release it.,
