Zombie Army Trilogy

Has very high user ratings on Steam, and on sale through the weekend for just $15. New expansion includes all 8 L4D characters. A four-pack is only $45 - let me know if anyone else is interested in this. It looks like it might be a good extension of the L4D experience, even though it's a different game - you fight dead Nazis - so it's sort of mashing up the Zombie mode in CoD WaW and L4D.

It's co-op, so I want some of my fellow Geezers to buy in with me!

Played it this morning and what it is .......... is Sniper Elite game series, just modified for to have German Zombies and other creatures in different scenarios.

Don't know how the Co-Op stuff works, but in the past I could never host a game as it was some kind of porting issue. Will see how this goes but for $15.oo it ain't a bad time killer.

With the Canuck dollar tanking, I paid 16.99 C$ for the game. It would have been too complicated to go in on a Quad deal!

Just played about half the first level of the first campaign on easy (as Coach from L4D, of course!), and I gotta say - this is a seriously creepy game! lol ... I have to get instintive with the controls, still - land mines, trip mines, etc. But it does remind me of Zombie mode in CoD World at War in that they just keep coming. Need Roger in here to make it real, though ...

That opening Berlin level is tough, even set to easy. I get to the "survive the horde" part, then get overrun every time. I think I need to make sure to search everywhere for ammo.

I am past there, movement is key to success. It is tough though, and wait until later.
